Craig Modesitt

President, CEO, and Chairman ENFOS, Inc.

Craig Modesitt is the founder, chief executive officer, and chairman of ENFOS, Inc., the market leader in environmental business management SaaS. ENFOS is the fourth company founded or co-founded by Modesitt, including Ejector Systems, Inc. (1983), The Joshua Group LLC (1997), and Arstasis Inc. (2006). Modesitt also served as vice president of sales and marketing, as well as executive vice president and chief operating officer of Handex Environmental.

Modesitt is a nationally-recognized leader in the application of innovative business practices in the environmental liability market. He has pioneered significant ground-breaking practices and tool sets, which have streamlined the management of environmental remediation programs ultimately saving clients millions. Modesitt holds a B.S. degree in Industrial Engineering from Iowa State University and holds several U.S. Patents.

Martin Hampton

VP of Engineering

Martin Hampton, VP of Engineering, provides the system architecture and oversees the development of the Enfos Internet software management platform. He also has primary responsibility for building and leading the software development team. Mr. Hampton's expertise in technical management, software architecture and design, web server management, and database management has been developed over a 16-year career in information technology. Prior to Enfos in October 2000, Mr. Hampton served as a Software Architect for Yahoo! Inc. (1999-2000). While at Yahoo!, Mr. Hampton focused on the PayDirect Internet product (formerly the start-up dotBank) which provided the first person-to-person payments service over the Internet. From 1993 to 1999, Mr. Hampton was the Engineering Manager for Infinity (A SunGard Company). At Infinity, he managed the Distributed Systems and Foreign Exchange Systems Groups in California, New York, and London. Mr. Hampton holds a M.Sc. degree in Computer Science from the Imperial College of Science and Technology, England and a B.Sc. degree (Honours) from the University of Swansea, Wales.

Roger Well

VP of Product Management

Roger Well, VP Product Management, is responsible for environmental business strategy and operations, business development, and client program management. Mr. Well j oined Enfos in February 2001 after 13 years in the environmental consulting and remediation industry. Prior to joining Enfos, Mr. Well was Vice President, Petroleum Business Sector for Handex Environmental, Inc. (1988-2001). At Handex, Mr. Well was responsible for business strategy and program operations for national accounts within the petroleum sector. Mr. Well is a Certified Professional Geologist with the American Institute of Professional Geologists and is a licensed Geologist in several states. He is also a member of the Project Management Institute. Mr. Well holds an M.B.A. degree from the Keller Graduate School of Management (Chicago), an M.S. degree in Geology from the University of Toledo, and a B.A. degree in Geology from Monmouth College (Illinois).
